Our Wash & Fold laundry service is a fully customizable fluff and fold program for all kinds of casual and everyday clothes. Choose from a variety of Value-Added Services, such as Iron, Hang, or Stain Removal, or Signature Add-Ons that include Organic Wash and Low Heat Dry. With the standard wash and fold service, we start by separating white and bright clothes from colored and dark items before machine washing them separately at low temperatures to avoid colors running into each other. You can rest assured that we never wash different customers’ clothes together in the same machine. Your clothes will always get their own private washing machine, just like when you do your own washing at home. After washing, we tumble dry the clothes before folding them neatly ready for our couriers to return them to you. Please ensure your items are suitable for this standard wash and fold process.

What We Wash & Fold
The Wash and Fold service is specifically for casual clothes, including sportswear, swimwear, sleepwear, underwear, shirts, dresses, trousers, and other similar everyday clothes. Please ensure that your clothes are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying using heat. For delicate and formal clothes, please refer to our Suit Cleaning Service. As Wash and Fold is only for clothes, please refer to our Home and Bedding page for items from around the house, such as towels and bedsheets. For hygiene purposes, we do not currently accept clothes with pet hair, although we plan to introduce a separate facility specifically for such items soon!
